Menat-Allah Kamaledin is a community manager at Nahdet El Mahrousa and a storyteller with a passion for using narratives to create impactful change, particularly in the fields of sustainability and handicrafts.
She recently contributed as a research assistant to the Egypt Handmade Strategy 2030, an experience that deepened her belief in the transformative role of sustainability in driving the growth of Egypt’s handicrafts sector. A strong advocate for the circular economy, Kamaledin is also a certified green business model trainer, according to the MedWaves methodology. Additionally, she was a finalist team leader in the She Trades Global Hackathon, organized by the International Trade Center, which supports women entrepreneurs transitioning to the green economy.

As a communication consultant, she led a nature conservation awareness campaign for Egyptian protected areas as part of the Egyptian Italian Environmental Cooperation Project (EIECP Phase III), a strategic partnership between the UNDP, the Egyptian Ministry of Environment, and the Italian government.

As a community manager, she has organized and moderated over 25 impactful panel discussions on entrepreneurship, innovation, impact investment, sustainable agriculture in Africa, and the economic and cultural significance of handicrafts.
