Doaa Elwan is a Project Coordinator, mainly responsible for coordinating cultural projects in the provinces of Egypt, at Goethe-Institute Cairo. She was previously a Cultural Manager at Robert Bosch. Since 2020, Elwan has been working on the “”Outside Cairo”” project that aims to foster cultural activities outside the capital.
