Dalia Dawoud is the Head of Pro Helvetia Cairo, Egypt. For the past five years, she served as Policy Officer, Culture and Development at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Cairo. Previously, she managed the Regional Institutional Support Programme ‘Abbara’ and Tandem- ‘Shaml’  exchange program between European and Arab artists and culture managers at the Cultural Resource Foundation (Al-Mawred Al- Thaqafy). Dawoud also worked as a consultant and jury member in the Arab and European regions and worked in the development field with local and international civil society organisations (CSOs).
