Le Ba Ngoc is a global expert with over 25 years of experience in rural industries, particularly handicrafts, home decor, home textile, and furniture. As Founder and Vice President of the Vietnam Handicrafts Exporters Association (Vietcraft), he has contributed to the growth of Vietnam’s handicraft exports from USD 235 million in 2007 to USD 2.85 billion in 2021, representing over 800 member companies.

He founded the Vietnam International Home Decor and Gifts Fair (Lifestyle Vietnam), an annual event drawing 500 exhibitors and over 2,500 international buyers, and pioneered the digital transformation for Vietnam’s trade promotion by creating the world’s first AR-integrated trade fair platform.

Le Ba Ngoc has advised the Vietnamese Government and over 30 international companies, including the Prime Minister-approved national export strategies for the handicraft and furniture sectors in 2005. He also initiated and chaired the global One Village One Product (IOVOP) network, connecting representatives from 23 countries.
