About the Program
“Khaleeha wa Gadedha” program provides support and guidance to green startups/social enterprises across Egypt.
We are launching the first acceleration round of the new program “Khaleeha wa Gadedha“, specifically designed to cater to impact-driven startups in the growth stage, with particular focus on those operating in clean and green sectors.
The main objective of “Khaleeha wa Gadedha” is to sustainably accelerate the growth of Egyptian green startups by providing: financial and non-financial services, detailed and customized capacity-building programs, business and technical consultations, guidance, access to a wide network of experts, and non-equity impact investment funding.

Diagnostic sessions to thoroughly assess your needs and improve the performance, quality, and overall health of your business

Up to EGP 300,000 of non-equity impact investment funding*

Redesigning or enhancing your business model and operations to prepare for sustainable growth

Support in building a framework for social and environmental impact measurement
6
Access to financial, legal, HR, and digital marketing consultations at discounted rates through Nahdet El Mahrousa’s Business Support Unit (BSU)
7
Networking opportunities with key market players, including potential clients, suppliers, chambers, universities, and other stakeholders
non-equity impact investment funding: the ticket size is up to 300K EGP, and startups commit to designate the maximum percentage allowed by law in CSR contribution to Nahdet el Mahrousa
Eligibility Criteria
Review this list to assess the eligibility of your startups

Demonstrated revenue and a track record of selling products or services within the clean and green sectors
2
Potential for year-on-year revenue growth
3
The startup must have been registered in Egypt for a minimum of 2 years
4
The startup operates within Egypt
5
The founders of the startup are Egyptian nationals
6
The founders possess significant experience in the relevant sector or domain of the startup, showcasing expertise across both business and technical areas
7
The startup should maintain a dedicated team of five or more members capable of generating direct employment within the startup, and indirect employment throughout its value chain, benefiting distributors, suppliers, producers, and other stakeholders of the clean and green sectors
8
Commitment to the inclusion of women and youth -particularly in the recruitment of staff, senior managers, or board members- is essential

عن برنامج خَلّيها سويسي
يعد برنامج خليها و جددها امتدادًا وتطورًا لبرنامج خَلّيها سويسي الذي استمر لمدة ٨ سنوات واهتم بدعم رواد الأعمال المجتمعية في محافظة السويس من خلال مساعدتهم على مواجهة التحديات الاقتصادية والمحلية وخلق فرص لمشاريع قابلة للربح ولها تأثير مجتمعي أو بيئي. ولذلك، برنامج خليها وجددها هو التعاون الثاني لنهضة المحروسة مع شركة العربية للأسمنت، ويسعى إلى توسيع الأثر المجتمعي وانتشاره بجميع محافظات مصر.
برنامج خَلّيها سويسي برعاية الشركة العربية للأسمنت وتنفذه جمعية نهضة المحروسة. وكان مصدر دعم وتطوير لرواد الأعمال والمشاريع والشركات الناشئة المجتمعية في السويس. ركز البرنامج على دعم الشركات الناشئة في مرحلتين مختلفتين:
مرحلة الفكرة: وفيها وجه الدعم لرواد الأعمال بداية من مرحلة الفكرة إلى التحقق من فاعليتها، فتم تزويدهم بالمهارات والمعرفة بريادة الأعمال المجتمعية، مع تسليط الضوء على الفرص المجتمعية والبيئية المتاحة في السويس.
المرحلة المبكرة: أستهدفت هذه المرحلة المشاريع المجتمعية في المراحل المبكرة من تواجدها في الأسواق. وفيها العمل على تمكين رواد الأعمال من الوصول إلى خدمات مالية وغير مالية مما يساعد على تأسيس تلك الشركات الناشئة على أسس قوية.
ظهر نجاح البرنامج من خلال تأثيره في ريادة الأعمال المجتمعية ورؤية التغير الإيجابي داخل المجتمعات في محافظة السويس. على مدار ٨ سنوات من العمل، نلاحظ تأثيرًا ملموسًا على المشهد الريادي في السويس، حيث دعم البرنامج نمو ٧٠ مشروعًا ناشئًا، وطـوَّر إمكانيات أكثر من ٢٠٠ رائد أعمال مجتمعي، وقدم أكثر من ٣٠٠ ساعة من التدريب وجلسات الاستشارة في ١٥ قطاعًا مختلفًا. ألهم هذا البرنامج القائمين عليه، لبداية برنامج آخر يمتد تأثيره إلى خارج حدود السويس، محتضنًا مناطق جديدة ينشر فيها الأثر المجتمعي و هو البرنامج الجديد خليها و جددها.

About Nahdet El Mahrousa
Nahdet El Mahrousa (NM) is an Egyptian not-for-profit, non-governmental organization (NPO/NGO) that builds the capacities of organizations to improve and expand their social impact. It does so through a) an incubator program that supports social enterprsies from the idea stages all the way to the growth and scale up phases, b) a capacity building program for NGOs and other civil society organizations, and c) an entrepreneurs’ hub that offers business support services, coworking facilities, and a range of other services like trainings, workshops, events, and networking opportunities.
