- Your startup offers products or services that contribute to the green economy and promote sustainable practices.
- Your company has been legally registered and operating in Egypt for at least 2 years.
- Your startup demonstrates a proven revenue track record, including year-over-year revenue generation or growth.
- Your startup is led by Egyptian founder(s) with relevant expertise in the sector in which the business operates.

Selection Process

Application
Submit your application by July 25, 2026 in English or Arabic.
Review and Shortlisting
All applications are reviewed against the criteria above. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted in August for interviews.
Interviews
Selected applicants participate in detailed interviews with our evaluation team.
Pitching and Selection
Finalists pitch to our selection panel, which will choose the businesses to join the program.

About the Program

Building on a successful partnership dating back to 2015, Khaleeha Wa Gadedha is the latest initiative funded by Arabian Cement Company and implemented by Nahdet El Mahrousa. The program aims to contribute to the growth of Egypt’s green economy and promote sustainable business practices by supporting high-potential green startups to scale their solutions, strengthen their operations, develop scalable growth strategies, and build strategic partnerships that enable long-term market growth and environmental impact.Â
Relaunched in 2024 with a specific focus on supporting growing startups in vital waste management, sustainable construction, and energy sectors, the program exceeded its objectives, facilitating notable expansion in client base and revenue for each participating venture, underscoring its effectiveness in driving sustainable growth.

Nahdet El Mahrousa (NM) is an Egyptian not-for-profit, non-governmental organization (NPO/NGO) that builds the capacities of organizations to improve and expand their social impact. It does so through a) an incubator program that supports social enterprsies from the idea stages all the way to the growth and scale up phases, b) a capacity building program for NGOs and other civil society organizations, and c) an entrepreneurs’ hub that offers business support services, coworking facilities, and a range of other services like trainings, workshops, events, and networking opportunities.
